Price

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of pricing discrepancies, Supply4U cannot be held liable for offering products with incorrect pricing. Supply4U will ensure all pricing is up to date and reviewed prior to displaying prices on the Site. All prices shown on our Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.

Orders

We offer credit card and PayPal payment for orders. Customers will fully pay on checkout. For bank transfer payments, order will be place placed on hold prior to processing by our warehouse until funds have cleared into our account. Supply4U shall not be responsible for any delays in processing orders for which customer has SLA timeframes. For any delays with product availability, customers will be notified via the App message or via SMS. In the event of customers ordering an item which is out of stock after checkout, the customer will be notified and will have payment credited to their account - refer to Refunds section.

Store Pickup (No Show)

Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend the requested pick up date. There may be restocking fees apply.

Shipping

We offer a standard delivery fee of $82.90 for most orders. For heavy and bulky orders, additional delivery fee will be charged, special delivery options are available for selection during checkout. Note that the delivery option pricing is provided as a guide only during checkout. The final calculated delivery amount will be charged to the Customer’s account as an additional item.

Supply4U shall not be liable in the event the order is deliver outside of estimated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances like Traffic delays etc. etc. Supply4U will always try to deliver orders to customers with minimal timeframe.

Returns

All orders shipped to the Customer address attract a Return to Warehouse fee of $75.00. For heavy order deliveries, there will be additional charges.

Cancellation

An order cancellation prior to shipping or pickup from Store will receive a full refund to the Customer. See Refund terms below. If an order has left the warehouse, Customer will be charged a Return to warehouse fee.

Refunds

For fully paid orders, the total refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within 14 days. After 14 days, Supply4U will issue either a bank cheque or direct bank transfer to nominated customer account for the full refund amount.

Warranty

All products we offer are sourced from world class manufacturers in the industry and offer the highest quality standards. Refer to individual manufacturer websites for full product warranty details.

Product Quality

We offer only the BEST products from quality manufacturers and we work with experienced suppliers for our customers. All products we list on the Site have Manufacturer product/serial labelling.

Personal information

We collect personal information to support placing and delivery of an order and to support other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously without registration.

We do NOT store any credit card information in our systems. Each and every time you have to make a payment, User is require to enter their payment information.

How we use collected information

Supply4U collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

• To process transactions - we may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• To send notifications – the email address and phone number provided for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

Web browser cookies

Our Site uses "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.
